LET’S MAKE A COMIC BOOK TOGETHER!
We’ll select a handful of writers and artists to produce five new stories starring Jill Trent, Science Sleuth — a public domain character from the 1940s, chosen by popular vote — and collect those stories together in a comic book!
Writers should submit a full script for a five-page story; artists should submit at least two pages of sequential art.
Submission deadline is August 1, 2014!
Go to Superdames.org/contest for everything you need to know, including submission rules and guidelines as well as reference links to Jill Trent’s 1940s adventures!

You may not know this, but I am a big Jill Trent fan and it delighted me to no end that she was going to be the subject — together with her partner Daisy Smythe — of a brand new comic!
I hope you like this piece that is a collaboration between myself and the fantastic Superdames!
