Just an update: I was extended an invitation to Outlantacon this past week, which I really wanted to attend, but which I had kind of written off because of the somewhat frustrating back-and-forth I had with one of the staff for several months as I tried to negotiate being a part of it. Something that bothers me, which I think is something that at least a few people here would understand, is the casual use by some people of the f word. No, not fuck. I have no problem with that f word. The word I refer to is six letters, or sometimes three, and its only acceptable usage is when it’s referring to a cigarette colloquially.
